The Holy Life Tabernacle church ministry is celebrating 27 years of fruitful Spirit-filled ministry in the Brookings, South Dakota area. Pastor Dave Kaufman, a 1975 graduate of South Dakota State University, and his wife, Jeanne, returned to Brookings to pioneer this vibrant non-denominational church in 1981.

Associate Pastor Kevin and Cindy Suiter also work with Pastor Dave and Jeanne on the full-time staff. There are many other layworkers who serve in the local ministry as well. Together, the Holy Life church hosts two charismatic Pastors Conferences each year that reach over 100 other churches and ministries from many backgrounds across the Midwest with encouragement and support.

The Holy Life congregation of 200 is filled with loving and friendly people. The joyful atmosphere is punctuated with lively worship and you can always hear an encouraging word of victory at each service. We desire to follow JESUS' footsteps and spread FAITH where there is doubt, HOPE where there is despair, and LOVE where there is hate.
